2D ANIMATION

INDIGO is an animation shortfilm I made while studying abroad. I was attending the HfG in Karlsruhe, Germany, where I learned more about art in general, but also scenography, sound and being on my own. This animation is an expression of feelings like discomfort, loneliness and acceptance. Everything is made by me, from sketch to color to sound. Inspiration was found in the occult and creepy. In the beginning of 2025 my art was taken over by a sudden urge to create more ‘creepy’ things. I made anything like it before, but it felt like it came out of a necessity. What was created out of this necessity, was a series of paintings. I was captivated by it and wanted to paint morphing and moving images.
